The new build construction of a large traditionally styled farmhouse with adjoining low level wings.

The main three storey building was constructed in a local Marnhull coursed rubble stone with formal Bath stone dressings to all quoins and openings.

Building aspects include a large painted hardwood cornice with a secret lead gutter, swept natural slate roof lead flat roof at the top and a large dressed stone chimney. All windows and
doors were purpose made in hardwood in our joinery workshop.

The wings were constructed in a variety of local rubble stone and brickwork. The kitchen roof was hand constructed in traditionally made oak trusses, including an exposed principle roof structure.

A sophisticated mechanical, heating and electrical system combines ground and heat pump energy sources.

800m2 of floor space of a traditional and high quality finish, with natural stone and timber floors, purpose made joinery and cabinetry. Extensive hard and soft landscaping was constructed to create formal gardens to compliment the house.
